3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our approved payment providers.

  • We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment service.

4. Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

  • Pre-orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location. Unclaimed orders may not be refunded.

  • If delivery or shipping is offered, timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once products are delivered.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours at courtney@courtneysbakehouse.com. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

  • We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
