Lead Time
Please allow 72 hours notice for wholesale orders whenever possible.
Standing weekly and recurring orders are welcome.
Delivery
Phoenix & Tempe: $10 delivery fee
Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale & Peoria: $15 delivery fee
Delivery arrangements for larger or recurring orders may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Invoices are available for approved wholesale partners.
